Little Chef's Kitchen is an organization that aims to educate, motivate and empower children, young adults and their families to make healthy and responsible food choices through hands-on experience by preparing and enjoying fresh, affordable foods from the local community. These experiences are a vital part of learning how to take care of oneself. Introducing healthy foods to children early on in life increases their awareness, appreciation and knowledge of healthy eating and reduces the risk of diet-related diseases later in life.
LCK partners with local community organizations and businesses to provide culinary and nutrition seminars and presentations.
